Things have just calmed down here, and I'm determined to reconnect with all of my long-neglected friends.

Last week Vu had a TB (tuberculosis) scare, but it turned out just to be a virus from a cold he had. An x-ray he got for his internship job at Mayo showed something in his lungs, and they had to check that out before he could work again. We spent all week going to several doctor appointments and running our endless errands. The shopping never ends! But, thankfully, he just went back to work again today. We greatly enjoyed having that extra time together, but are both glad that things are back to "normal" again- he works and I take care of the apartment, (which is incredibly filthy from many years of not having been cleaned.)

Speaking of that, yes, I am now an apartment-wife. lol I'm domestic to the bone, and am loving being able to make our home every day while he's off making money for us. I consider myself employed by him.

Just some random updates, but now I must finish washing that mountain of dirty dishes so I can then tackle more of this filth! Contact me, though! I'm so preoccupied with my new husband, life, and getting everything up and started here that I really haven't had good opportunities to either call people or contact them via the net. Besides that, we can only piggyback onto the local connections occasionally; the signals are low most of the time.
