All of America acts as if you must be frickin' rich and belong to a political party to be a presidential candidate at all, and it just drives me crazy! What kind of a country will we be stuck with if we maintain this mentality? Let me pose a painfully real possibility to you all: what if there's a candidate who supports and opposes all the things you would, but who either doesn't belong to a political party or doesn't have enough funding to get much media coverage? How would we know they even existed if we don't purposely research all of the candidates and their viewpoints?

As well, must everything in our country's government revolve around war-like arguments between two particular parties??? Why must politicians in both of these two parties support all the same things? What ever happened to free-thought and individual conviction???

Disband all political parties, please! Let every politician stand on his own personal beliefs and thoughts! No more red and blue nooses to force the leaders of our government! Please! Maybe once upon a time things were more simple and there were less issues to disagree on, but there are so many different things to vote on, support or oppose that you can't just join a Color and personally agree with everything they do! Not if you have a mind of your own! Do we want leaders, or do we want to accept bullied, bribed sheep???

Let every candidate be free to run as his own conscious dictates, and not be hopeless in the running simply because he's not enormously wealthy and doesn't accept bribes. Is it so much to ask for??

I've just been looking at all the non blue or red candidates out of curiosity, and actually found someone I believe I will vote for: Pete Grasso. Still have to research him and the others more, but I'm liking him quite well so far. lol Still have to research the main red and blue ones as well! :P I encourage everyone to do the same! Who knows, maybe you'll find someone other than Obama or Ron Paul to vote for and you'll be glad of it! Do our country and yourself justice!
